His goals are set high and those guides his life. Wiman aims to become a professional world racing driver. For season 2010 Joni Wiman has been chosen to finnish ACN Driver Academy for young talented drivers.

One reason for racing in ADAC Formel Masters-series is the number of races. There are 21 race starts to be driven this season. Team that I’m driving for is one of the best in this series and I’ve had enough tests to drive before the first start, says Wiman. Tests that have been driven during two weekends have been good for Wiman and he has been one of the fastest drivers during these tests. "I got familiar with the car quite quickly, and already on third stint I started to get good times. Atmosphere inside the team is easygoing but it has german like stringent discipline. I got a good reception and I feel fantastic to start the season", said Wiman when he got back from the last tests before the season starts in Oschersleben, Germany.
